Can I cancel a reservation?

Reservations cannot be rejected, and the property is obliged to honor all bookings, as all bookings are confirmed instantly. In some circumstances, the property may be able to modify the reservation. However, in the event of an overbooking or any unforeseeable situation, the property may need to relocate the guest to another accommodation.

Updating reservations

After each reservation, you will receive an email containing all guest information. You need to approve the reservation by replying to the email. Once you have confirmed the reservation, we will change the status of the reservation to “confirmed.”
